~ Two of my favorite things are knitting and reading, and the evidence of this often shows up in my photographs. I love seeing what other people are knitting and reading as well. So, what are you knitting or crocheting right now? What are you reading? Take a photo and share it either on your blog or on Flickr. Leave a link below to share your photo with the rest of us! ~
I am finishing up a beautiful blue shaw for Caresse. She really wants it before she has her surgery in a few weeks.
I am also working on this adorable sweater for Noelani (if it fits her).
The book that I’m reading during nap time is Nine Hills To Nambonkaha - Two Years In The Heart Of An African Village. It is fun and interesting.
I would love the shawl pattern...can you share it?
ReplyDeleteI giggle when I think about crocheting. My grandma taught me how to crochet...but only in one direction. So all I could do was crochet a LONG line of yarn. I never have learned how to turn it around!
ReplyDeleteI love love love yarn and have a Pinterest board devoted just to it. :) And it's been much too long since I've been here. Hi again.

Morgan is teaching herself to knit..but is struggling with patience to knit well enough to make anything. We bought a crochet kit yesterday....she's hoping to make decorative circles to hot glue on plain hair clips like they sell in the stores. I'm living vicariously through her... it's very hard to do anything with small boys nearby yet. Thank you for sharing the book you are reading..it sounds good :) I'm trying to squeeze in time to read Infinitely More (about a boy who grew up an orphan in Russia). Blessings, Jennifer
