What a Trip!

We are back home and had such a wonderful time with our family in Texas! We did so much in one week that it is hard to believe that we got it all in, but my mother is a firm believer in enjoying every moment and don't waste time doin' it!

One of the most special things that we did was celebrate my parent's 50th Wedding Anniversary. The above picture is my brother, Kim, my mom, dad and me. The one below is us enjoying the memories of those 50 great years and how we have been blessed by my parents unending love and devotion to each other and those they love.

I had fun taking cool pictures of Jace, Kim, Scott and Chris doing amazing stunts on the wake board.

Who can resist throwing a small child (who is willing) up into the air!!!
Always, tubing is one of the funnest things to do with the little darlin's....Steve and Joeliana above and Kalyn and me getting creative with our fun!
I know that this is probably a sin, but my children had never had/not seen a slip-n-slide before. Aunt Karla and Uncle Kim brought them one and they had SOOO much fun! Uncle Kim and Aunt Karla also brought a lot of fun snacks that my little darlin's devoured!
Of course, we all enjoyed skiing and knee boarding....
and swinging on a tree rope into the water....

and swimming in the wonderful warm waters of Kingsland....

and eating was done OFTEN!!! You have to have a lot of energy for all that playing!!!
