Look what we got in the mail today...our adoption agency, Celebrate Children International, sent out this "educational toolbox". How fun it is to get this as we wait for our little boy to be ready to come home!
I already have this book, so I thought that I would do my first ever give-away. Leave a comment if you would like to be in the drawing for this book.
I also already have this book, if you would like it leave a comment and I will be happy to mail it to you. First comment gets it!
We have also added a ChipIn on the side to help raise the money to bring home our little guy! It was so fun - yesterday we received a video of our little Keshawn Lee! What can we say; we are in love!!! I wish that I could show him to you all, but we have to wait till after court approval. (Is it legal to show only a small portion of him?) We also were asked to choose a birthday for him. We have never done that before. So we took the approx. age of 4 months, went back and guess what? It was February...so we chose Steve's father's birthday (who died way to young 22 years ago). And another neat thing is that Steve's father's name was John and Keshawn is a derivative of John. So it just seems so perfect. Hopefully, everything is on it's way to Ethiopia today! Thank you all for your prayers and support!
Can't wait to give a book away to one of you sweet friends!
How cool! Can you put me in the drawing for the first book? Just a PAP now, but I'd love to read ahead and have a reference. What a neat and special thing it is to pick Keshawn's birthday to honor grandpa.
ReplyDeleteBlessings,
Kelly

ReplyDeleteI am so happy for your family. Keshawn's birthday sounds perfect:)
I would love to be in the drawing for the good hair book - our three more from Ethiopia come home very soon, likely three weeks, and while we have two boys already from there, our little girl is coming home - and I only know boy hair! LOL!
