I just felt the "need" to make these Raspberry Shortbread cookies. After schooling this morning, I'm sure that they will help me dust and clean the downstairs this afternoon, take a shower, put on makeup, feed the children before 5:00, so that I can take three of them to church for the Easter service practice tonight, so that I can then come home tired and get everyone to bed, hopefully by 10:00
.So you can see, I was in a MOOD. LOL
O.K., enough fun, back to work!
Yum--those look delicious. I hope you ate 10 of them :) I have [many] days when I could probably eat the whole lot all to myself.
