Waiting!

We found out today that our papers have been submitted in Ethiopia and hopefully we will receive our court date soon. We have heard that the dates are into Oct. right now.
And Oh My Gosh, we received a new picture of Keshawn and he is GORGEOUS! He has a great big, happy smile and bright, beautiful eyes!
We are praying that we can bring him home before the Christmas season!
I am a happy mama right now, and enjoying the "glow" of "pregnancy". Ha-ha.

Happy Dance, Happy Dance!!!Praise the LORD with me!

  4. Oh, how wonderful! I know that waiting for the court date is such a huge thing, but it is exciting that you will be bringing Keshawn home soon! I can hardly wait to see pictures of you holding him! I am so glad you are enjoying your "preganancy glow" while waiting!

Justin and Shauna are also waiting for a court date, as I'm sure you know. I will be in Uganda for three weeks starting September 16, and I am praying that somehow they might be able to come for their court date while I am there. Whether or not they get a date that soon, I will be able to meet dear little Isaiah Ryan while I am there. I am so anxious to see my newest grandson!

  8. Congratulations on your court date! My husband is in Ethiopia right now, coming home on Friday with our three newest children. That will give us a grand total of eight between 8 and 14, five from Ethiopia, three homegrown, five boys and three girls, and three with medical special needs. It is such an amazing time, this waiting. Paper pregnant someone said, but I don't think that really covers it!
